It consistently achieves 95-100% occupancy as a short-term rental, with nightly rates ranging from $350 to $550, generating substantial cash flow.

And in general there is a lot of downplaying of risk in the pursuit of pure ROI.None of that is wrong I guess, it's just not my style. 

But it can make things fairer, more liberty centric and that will always achieve the best VALUE in market available. 

Despite its popularity, very few actually understand the asset class and how to achieve optimal returns.
