@Bridget Grant - in terms of your plans going forward, I recommend doing a risk adjusted minimum investment to get up and cash flowing while you get things sorted out with your lawyer.

The programs also attach all sorts of fees in order to finance the loan.  -- This is one fee among many which I found in the Hero program loan documents which could add quite a bit to your principal -- Program Administration Fee.

In his masterclass he lays down exactly when and how an investor should start protecting his assets.As for networking and local mentors, I guess that’s up to you, but I don’t see how someone who worths millions would with a simple dinner sit down with you and teach you unless you have some other sort of value to offer him/her with your services or got similar experience with him/her.

Right now, the renters do not fill out any sort of application, they move in as soon as they look at the unit and move out on a moments notice.
