Social media seem to have too many scammers. 

I will say when they moved in, I had to replace the washer, the microwave, the carpet in the entire basement (required), the safety sensors on the garage.

Here are some methods I have used so far.Free Sources:- information, or free internet search like switchboard.com- pipl.com (not too bad for free - finds social networking sites too)- Courthouse records (shows previous subpoena addresses and if they have a driving offence their date of birth in my county.

I have personally utilized numerous creative strategies and techniques to accelerate my wealth, while still making judicious use of leverage to provide a reasonable margin of safety with each deal and a very strong margin of safety for my portfolio as a whole.
