I am going to get the book series just to read them myself.

Not because of one single issue, but rather a whole series of issues.

They informed me that a series of steps have to be taken in order to purchase this property which they called “steps for assignment process”.One of those steps was to send a certified letter to the daughter (the Personal Representative of the estate) stating my intentions of buying the property and paying off the taxes.

When I drive up to a property I own and the front door window is bashed in and there's a series of junk cars in the driveway, I am going to have questions from the people actually LIVING there about what is going on, and with interests in keeping their neighborhood decent, versus a property manger who may send someone by for an inspection in six months or a year when they move out. 

But, I couldn't say with absolutely certainty that the cause was negligence, purposeful, some strange series of coincidences, or just multiple faucet and appliance failures that occurred within hours of each other.

A plan is a series of steps designed to achieve a specific goal, or set of goals. 

do you have registered securities folks selling your investment memberships.. somewhere I think i learned that only registered series 7 type folks could get compensated .. if they were NOT employees of the mother ship..

So I feel I should break this down into a series of questions.Can the quality of insurance you get for an investment house depend on the tenant’s background information (criminal record, credit report, history with property damage, etc.)?

I have the list, and plan to send a series of direct mail pieces to them, all different, every 4-6 weeks.
