You can use a card reader on the coin-op feature to address that, but you are into micro-issues at that point that I wouldn't want to deal with.A proposal: Tenants, installing separately metered water and electric lines that I pay for, then bill you for, will cost me $5,000 (or whatever).

I don't think a mean and median would really be that helpful unless you were classifying them separately into A, B, C, and D areas, as well as similar beds and baths.

As for the marketing of the notes and the claim of lack of disclosure those are separate issues while serious for sure those issues when/if proven correct are not going to get your or any note investors money back.. ( which I hope is the goal of most note investors in this) those issue's are to put those folks basically out of business..
