You can use a card reader on the coin-op feature to address that, but you are into micro-issues at that point that I wouldn't want to deal with.A proposal: Tenants, installing separately metered water and electric lines that I pay for, then bill you for, will cost me $5,000 (or whatever).

As for the marketing of the notes and the claim of lack of disclosure those are separate issues while serious for sure those issues when/if proven correct are not going to get your or any note investors money back.. ( which I hope is the goal of most note investors in this) those issue's are to put those folks basically out of business..
