I want to create a GMB profile for a market I invest in, but I don’t have a physical office address in that state.I’ve been looking into virtual address services like iPostal1, but I’m concerned it won’t be approved by Google since they seem to have strict rules about virtual or P.O. box-style addresses.

We went in with what we hoped would be the winning offer because this is the one that checked the most boxes of everything we'd seen in months and we really like it.Am I even under contract for this property with everything in the address being wrong?

It may not be a bad idea to also be added to a MLS search to receive any new build listings. 

I think you can probably search for anything and with the right key words get the results you're looking for.

I actually prefer some of these search and map features over the MLS.And those that think they can save $$ on commissions will be disappointed.
