I heard rumors that says out of state investors in Las vegas are looking for "next sucker" to buy the property from them because they are having bad experience.

Rumor has it Clayton Morris has a tendency to flee the scene when it comes time to collecting monies owed.

Anybody know why this (rumor) is out there?

Tesla is rumored to be moving to Austin right now.Any other market I would sell.

Once COVID ends, I can see myself jumping back into long-term rentals (buy the rumor, sell the news).

All kinds of rumors going around in the RE world that many of them were money laundering schemes and even though not completed, were fully rented out!

Lowering rates, printing more money, and today even a rumor of additional tax cuts by cutting payroll taxes to avoid a potential recession.  

However, we need to limit this to only first-hand experience as we do not want to destroy a deal or a person on rumors.
