the home I had in 85 sold for  180 the first big run up was 85 to 90 when things doubled or more thats when Hi Tech really got into gear.. in Silicon Valley.

I would say the Baylor bubble is going to be the downtown area ish that is on the east side of I-35 between the interstate and Valley Mills and from the river on the north down to say 17th street.

You might be able to get a bit more in the Central Valley.

Hey Derk, I'm a local agent/flipper in the Tracy Area and I host a few Meetups throughout the Bay Area and the Central Valley.

I am up in the South Hill area and not in the valley so it may be impacted less in that aspect. :)Speaking of Mt Rainier, I just summited this last July and highly recommend!
