So to answer my own question, it sounds like retrieving another loan - FHA loan to be exact, in maybe 2 years, should be no problem especially if I am renting out the condo and obtaining positive cashflow from the transaction.

The landlord may need to arrange to move the tenant's belonging into secure storage, much the same as in the case of abandonment, and notify the appropriate representative of the deceased of the location and process for retrieving the possessions.

Have a more open mind.To say it’s a genetic fact, just from that chart you provided, and not knowing that dogs past, is complete BS.If I get a dog that is meant for hunting, say a German Shorthaired Pointer, and I go shoot a bird...that dog will have NO IDEA to go retrieve that bird unless it went through all the training necessary.
