After 2 weeks of dealing with several different forms of water damage (leaking water heaters, refrigerator lines cracking, toilet tank seal cracking, etc), I'm going on the offensive.  

What happens when they break the refrigerator?

Appliances included with the premise of 115 Smith St. include:Stove [ X ] Refrigerator [ ] Dishwasher [ ] Washer [ ] Dryer 4.

Same with refrigerators, HVAC, etc.

.* Refrigerator doesn't work...Furnace.........windows don't slide, doors don't open, flooring doesn't lay right, faucet leaks, bathtub has a chip, , etc, etc, etc.I'm guessing by now you get the point.  

This will give you a nice cushion to pay for a new roof, refrigerator, etc when the time comes (and it will come).  

Hello Bigger Pockets FamilyI am nearing an Apartment income suite build.and I have already chosen my cabinets.the layout I have chosen to use requires 24 inch appliances 24 inch stove an24 inch refrigerator {normal height)18 inch dishwasherbecause of the size I cannot go to my typical scratch and dent shopso I find myself faced with AJ Madisonmy total appliance outlay would be a little over three thousandBefore i take this plunge. is there any other avenues to take of which I am not aware?

Just think no oven, undercounter refrigerator and small sink.
