Lots of seniors on fixed incomes . yet there it is also considered to be a big recreational area Hunting , Fishing , Snowmobiling etc; I will actually be buying some acreage and building a  house in a very rural setting . on average land is about 5K per acre if Power is available .

However; they also have some of the most beautiful natural resources, and recreation available in the country.

and a 2nd quad (recreational motor vehicle?) 

Thankfully mine is zoned recreational, so I was able to get permitting that allows less than 7 day rentals year round, but still need someone within 25 miles.

I've downloaded all the zoning documents online and from what I gathered, it's zoned for residential (single and multi-family, both attached and detached) out right among other things (recreational facilities, etc.).

If not the simplicity is something that any decent contractor can recreate.

that's a nice recreational area there.. your on the Redding side of Alturas there are world renowned trout fishing streams and rivers there..

Will it be recreational lake/golf renters being in the burbs?
