Hi Steve,I’m a new new real estate investor interested in PA.

The ability to generate income when making the shift to real estate is a challenge for most and is why many fail because most never get to a point where their real estate alone is sustainable.

It’s clear you’ve got a sharp mind for real estate and a solid setup with your student rentals covering your living expenses.

However, this is my 1st year in any form of real estate, so I am still learning and feeling my way through.

@Jared Goldwasser Not necessarily a question for the agents but my thoughts on something you should be looking at when you evaluate properties.
