On the other hand, we have zero evidence that the Commission has approved this practice.However, based on my understanding of Contract Law and fundamental concepts of Common Law, were this to be challenged *as applied* to how a lot of wholesalers operate, I would wager that this would be smacked down by either the State's Supreme Court or the Federal Appeals Courts.I've seen vague citations to unspecified principles of common law before in this debate, and frankly it puzzles me.

I am just puzzled how make a good estimate on the cost of the repairs before having the property assessed.

I've managed to get a list of buyers together now the next piece of the puzzle is getting the product of which the buyers want to buy from the sellers who want to sell, But how?

My old agent used to ask me if I liked a house and he was constantly puzzled when my response to him was in terms of ARV, Repair Costs, Cap Rates, and Comp Values.

It also may scar them for the next seven years if they try to repurchase a new home after walking away.Get all the facts and gather as many pieces of the puzzle as possible to try to put together the most comprehensive story of the situation as possible.
