What is the best way to get/find motivated sellers and get good deals?

I've managed to get a list of buyers together now the next piece of the puzzle is getting the product of which the buyers want to buy from the sellers who want to sell, But how?

With any luck i can complete a wholesale deal with in the next 3 days.
