Question: How do I scale and propel deal purchases  with no personal capital?  

I've looked into sites like Investor Carrot, Lead Propeller, etc and I'm wondering if anyone who uses or has used sites like this have any feedback?

To date have used Lead Propeller, Brivity, Top Producer, Kunversion, Boomtown, Real Geeks, and Investor Carrot.

This place and those involved with it have been invaluable in propelling my desire to move forward in real estate and I can't wait to get started on my first deal.I currently live in Phoenix, Arizona but due to the lack of inventory and potential for cash flowing properties, I'm focusing on out of state markets, specifically Toledo, OH.
