Best to get the dirty tenants out, but for the good ones a small Christmas present or birthday card with movie tickets goes a long way!

Home is our school, the gym, the movie theater, the best local restaurant.

Wake up and go to work.Work from 7 - 4.Counting down the days until I'm 48.Get home and jump on the trampoline with the kiddos.If we're building a house at the time and it's at the finishing stages, go back to work.If we're painting cabinets for someone, go back to work.If we're making concrete counter tops, back to work.Right now we're getting back together after Harvey, so back to work lol.If not, play some guitar, listen to my oldest play guitar or piano or take turns with the kids doing pull-ups, maybe watch a movie or go to dinner.If I have receipts to archive, I'll do that later or make a change to the management program I wrote if I'm feeling ambitious, or watch the tube.If it's Friday (summer time) sometimes spontaneously book a hotel in Uvalde and go float the river. 

Driving around there was like being on a ghost town set in a movie.  

It'd make a great thriller movie script - too bad its real.

It's not that random, Jay - one of my favorite movies!

I don't have experience on the other side of the counter, but in the same way that a movie theatre is a snack bar that happens to show movies, a skating rink is a snack bar and arcade that happens to also have skating.

- Possibly take my father out to eat- Watch a movie or two with kids- Let go of real estate brokers / individuals who wasting my time - Stop by and assist my mother in her yard- Hit the gym for at least 35 minutes- Watch basketball game later tonight- Think of ways to enhance myselfRegardless have a nice father day to all who is celebrating

That quest ended me reading Flash Boys, books of Barton Biggs, Reminiscences of a Stock Market Operator, books of Tony Robbins Market Wizards, Tower of BASEL, tRADING IN THE ZONE, The Millionaire Mind, think and grow rich, youtube movies of "Wall Street", Boiler Room, Enron, Epic Trader, Meltdown, Million Dollar Trader, Barbarians at the gate, Margin Call, Rogue Trader, Floored, The Big Short, Last Days of Lehman & you name it.

WALMART... that is just in the movies over there.
