I bought this place, and it needed some polishing.

retook photos and took my time in lightroom to polish them up, and made sure there was an overall story in terms of the compositions. 

Personally (sounds like Mike is the same), I like the more polished nature of the Destin and Miramar Beach area versus the other areas, which seem to be a bit more of a hodge podge. 

You want to look professional and using software which sends out statements for you, provides automated rent collection, adds late fees when appropriate and automatically sends late notices is a good way to give your business a polished look from the start.  

In comparison to US market, Polish market is underdeveloped, especially if we're looking for strategics and knowledge related to making money through real estates in web.

I like those because i get my dual action buffer I use on my boat and go to town with a cleaner / polisher used on boats.

It's called a race-to-the-bottom, the hallmark of bad/poor/lazy PM's, that's simply the un-polished TRUTH of it. 

You need to be organized, professional, detailed, and polished when you're looking for money.

Things found flushed down toilets of tenants that swore they had no idea how that got there:Baby wipes, nail polish remover bottle, disposable razor, dish rags, clothing, and I am sure a few more I just cant remember right now.Without a confession, it becomes a "he said-she said" sort of argument that even if you can prove them wrong, it only matters if they can actually afford to pay you.
