Account Closed  so how do small investor compete with these big players.. they buy the big package cherry pick by the time the notes get to us little guys we get the left overs.this is why I just skipped that and created my own niche with QUALITY performing notes that you don't have to bid on or compete for.. granted returns are not as much as what those hope for in the NP space but there is no work to them.. they are there and ready to go.. just buy them.. its all teed up.. spend zero time on all this work..

I am a basketball player overseas, and I am currently in Clermont, FL until my next season starts back up after the summer.

Phoenix already has Open Door and Offer Pad doing this, as well as a bunch of smaller players.

I know there was a big rush to buy warehouse space.. not sure if you can make a profit selling it at 400 a lb.my thought was once it became more main stream the bigger players jump in and it goes all the way down to the price of tobacco.. why not ?

In that time I've met more real estate investors than I can count, from single family to commercial, both small scale players and mega investors. 

I realize you can get infinite ROI with BRRRR, but I don't think that's what the big players do.

@Natalie Novak we are looking on the south end of Lake WA down to Tacoma, and north of Lynwood to Marysville. 

Are these still the main players and if so, who would you recommend?
