I am a physician, so asset protection is a concern not just for the investment but for if any issues arise in the future from my primary job.

As a bit of background on myself, I am from long island, NY and currently in physician assistant school outside of Philadelphia.

This is especially true since I was only able to lease not purchase the buildings.I have seen my father who is a physician working 100 hours a week pay 50% of his taxes his entire life.

There is a growing shortage of primary care physicians and this is only going to increase.

MLS clients/tenants are at least 15x better than the rest of the applicants/tire kickers.i have lawyers, physicians, supervisors that make 100k+ in our houses. they'd NEVER use CL or postlets and waste their time looking for a house.

I moved to NW Indiana about 3 months ago and as I was lining things up to buy my first property, my life got flipped on its head and now I am moving to Knoxville to start grad school (any other physician assistants on here?)! 

Didn't hear anything for a month or so, then the mother called and stated she had crushed her foot and her physician/employer advised her that the landlord always carries insurance to pay for such injuries just because she was injured on site.
