It usually works out if you have a great property because people will say "wow this is an amazing property for a killer deal" and youll end up with a glowing first few reviews if it pans out. then you are off to the races

Too often, I just hear people say they are "looking for a good deal", but defining that good deal in a specific area makes it much easier to spot.

Yes, you need a team, however you can't just assemble people together and call it a team. 

That means YES, they are actually with people sitting down and scrolling through new listings every day looking for people to tag.
