The company went into Bankruptcy and the BK judge ordered that the majority of the lots (about 3,800) including ones already sold and many built on; be organized into one brand new municipality.

Some of our initial baseline, no-go, criteria when we first listed were: 600+ credit score, no evictions, no bankruptcy, and income 3x rent... however, after finding that very few interested parties were eligible to even "enter a review phase" of landlord verifications etc, we loosened up a bit and went to an objective scoring model that I tweaked from a few ideas obtained after speaking to both rental professionals in my local area and some on this forum.

The ones who haven't heard about it seem to not care much or are grateful to be informed of the "changes".We are getting less objections when presenting the exclusive agreement than we were prior to 8/17.

Big difference It’s like seeing an ad pop up on google that says Google sponsored ad - it doesn’t mean Google recommends them it means they are paying GoogleThe same holds true for self directed ira custodians and others who may have on their website some names “sponsors” - a sponsor isan organization that pays a fee in return for advertising.
