You can:Call the newspaper and see if they are printed in there and when that might be.

I am also a native New Yorker, living in the Bronx, and recently joined BP.

I imagine a campaign in golf mags, big city newspapers, press releases etc..I have seen it done in Cali, Santa Barbara specifically and always coincided during slow RE markets.

I once spent 3 grand in a week on full color newspaper advertising....lol Got 1 call.

They hear on the news all the bad things going on with real estate and don't think twice about it.Then when the subject of RE comes up, all the can repeat is what they've heard on the news or read in the newspaper, "man, real estate is really bad right now", "people are losing a lot of money in real estate".Nobody really thinks twice about what it really means when RE is low.

I’m sure that the panic and fear that is currently lurking in every news paper, every television station and at every kitchen table could have us all standing in our underwear with nowhere to live and nothing to eat in 10 years.

Got 8 calls in 1 day last week off a 4 line newspaper ad.

I have subscribed to my local city legal newspaper and I am wondering if it is more effective to campaign to the people who have just had Lis Pendens filed or the records of the Foreclosure sale itself.
