Wife's exact words this morning were "can we do more of those please".

I have to tell my realtor first thing tomorrow morning so I'm not sure if one of you experts will read this on time but if so I would love your thoughts on it. 

I've lifted  your ban.Good morning @Mindy , I don’t see anything saying I’m officially banned but my private messages don’t seem to be going through.

Not all of them were good quality leads but we only need one qualified tenant.This morning I got ready to reply to the 5 leads we had overnight and the message failed to send, only to find that we have been "banned" from FB Marketplace with no reason given.

I fired them this morning 

I wasn't surprised when I stumbled upon an article in my news feed this morning titled "Realtors 'Running out of Money'."

In MA that is now commonplace to waive inspections which is mind-boggling in some of these older homes but it's working for buyers.I'd never advocate completely waiving on the buy side, just too risky for my blood but on the sell side its like Christmas morning to see a waived inspection.

We have a phone conference with Partner Driven Real Estate in the morning.

We did send out another request late last night and that company already called us this morning and asked when they could come out to view the properties.
