I've never heard money/profit described as cute, so it's not important.The most important thing you mentioned, was the rent potential and ARV. 

You obviously don't get the tax benefits of real estate, but if you're just looking for "returns", then lending your money out could be advantageous for your goal.

But now I'm thinking of renting the whole house and getting a cheap apartment to save even more money.

And she's hardly saving money if she's using an electric space heater as the only source.

I've had tax companies lie to me about this and I ended up wasting money on unnecessary entities.

It's a great way to increase your net worth and these loans can also be used to pull cash out of a property as it appreciates allowing you to reinvest money into new deals.Happy to connect to discuss further.

I haven't seen much said about them but I'm satisfied with what I've experienced.. they've made me money and I collect rent every month.   

Something I wish I knew is how much money I would be investing.

My remodel strategy is to use some of my own sweat equity and running subs to save enough money to upgrade the flooring, kitchen and baths slightly beyond the peers.
