You could give them the choice of either $25, or pull it up on your laptop (at the property, hooked up to a cell phone wifi hotspot) with you sitting there watching and them on a guest account, with the web browser in porn mode.

I've seen REALTORS who wouldn't blink an eye about spending several thousand Dollars for a new Laptop Computer, but wouldn't spend $500 to attend a Seminar that could make them thousands of Dollars.Good Luck and Gig'em!
