This is all verifiable, tangible, documented, and filed with the court, but there are limits to the money (especially), time and energy one has to pursue "justice", especially when doing so will do nothing but add to our encumbrance and loss.

Hi @ art warren. welcome to bp where i have found a wealth of information and tips thru the podcast and many of the conversations in the posts. i too have a full time job in the federal criminal justice field and enjoy rehabs, upgrades, etc on homes. and i also know several guys who work for at bush int airport parttime for the flight and health benefits and held down a full time job working with me at the post office on the north side many years ago. now i am kicking myself for not doing the same back then or else i would also be retiring from continental/united also. well good luck and see you in another post.

I graduated with a dual degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. ( kind of wishing I took a business major with focus on Real Estate) lolBut anyways, I am currently seeking work in the law enforcement profession and I have always been interested in real estate since I was early on in college but I had absolutely no idea how to go about it.I am interested in learning how to invest in a Duplex/Triplex/Quad because at my age I believe it would be a benefit to start out taking a mortgage and having renters pay all or part of my mortgage via their monthly rent.
