If it is high end, they think they are getting a great deal at the price (if you are competitively priced) - same finish they don't think about it too much - too much on the low end, they notice and think "What else is inferior about this home?"

There is an ongoing strong disagreement in the best approach to life insurance.You're right, most "life insurance experts" would not agree, because there are two different groups that have very different motives.I think I think most financial experts getting paid for their advice (ala a fee-only financial planner, etc) would agree that EIUL, VULs, etc. are inferior and term life + investments are the way to go.

What's interesting and maybe a bit demotivating is that for long term renting the numbers are way inferior to the numbers I'm seeing here in the forum and unless I'm missing some critical info, in Greece you can barely cover the mortgage expenses, while taking into consideration repairs/CapEx/Insurance etc..

Maybe it's different up north but vinyl siding in our area (Austin) is viewed as a cheap or inferior product.

However, anytime one from an inferior position of knowledge, experience and credentials disagrees or discounts the opinion of a professional in any profession, that takes on a completely different flavor, questioning their expertise is much different than questioning them for further explanations or opinions in their area of expertise.Justin, what ever you were` asking, I did not take as insulting or even questioning of my opinions, not sure what you were needing.

the point is that bad business is inferior to no business at all, we would rather loose an account which is unwilling to convert and is high risk and see them go to a competing company as a 'time grenade' than to jeopardize our existing owner relationships - if its not a responsible owner, we want nothing to do with it - because our company is really in the business of driving our clients properties, creating cash-flow and capitalizing on value add opportunities for our owners not about spending useless time in owner litigation costs.
