We opted to go with a 90% furnace in the crawlspace since the layout of the house didn't really make it conducive to run a conduit for vent pipe up through the roof, and the 90% allows us to use PVC to vent horizontally through the side of the house.

Kind of like a submarine, if you give them horizontal space, they will find something to store there.So in my mind cornrrs are acceptable, though not as 100% from scratch prep areas.Way back, an older lady made me a fresh tortilla (which I love), she used the area between the burners to flatten the dough ball, before tossing it onto the cast iron cooking pan.

Now you'll know if you worked the property if you happen to drive in the area again 6+ months from now.Method #2: Using a browser such as Chrome from a laptop:Go to http://maps.google.com and make sure you're logged in your Google account.Top left click on the menu icon (the three horizontal lines).Click on "Your Places".Click on "Maps".At the bottom click on "Create Map".Top left where it says "Untitled map" rename it to your liking (I named mine "Driving for dollars").At the search bar type the address of the property you are near by and would like to add.Click on the green marker (if a box with the address hasn't popped open").Click on "+ Add to map".You will see a set of tools at the bottom right of the small open box and edit the location to your liking.That's it!

I knew of covenants restricting the height of the fence to no more than 6 feet, but never heard of limiting to a max of 3'...Anyway, I would go for a more modern look of horizontal pickets, eventually with large spacing for a more "ventilated" look...

MHP's are really only efficient in that number of lots if they are either really high lots rent(great than 350 a month) and/or you run it like a horizontal apartment and just accept it as is.

Also the galvanized horizontal pipes are now rusted and gunked up 75 to 90% from old age.
