Old homeless guy stepped out and I about killed him. luckily he wasn't one of the insane ones so I gave him some of my airbnb blankets and pillows as he left.

Also the wife has intentionally do a no show on our loan appraisers twice. and no the seller's agent has never told us the complexing until we learn that first hand because she didn't let the appraiser in to do the job, and then it's the first time i heard the busband is attending a court appointment to get a court order for her to comply and the court order later states, that the wife can stay 30 addl days post closing, but at whose' cost... the seller is only paying for maint and mortgage interest, and we will be home less for 1 month + having to move twice.

Not to get political but politicians and law makers shout out about the homeless problems and think that making laws to add ADU units or lower income housing will solve the problem, well . . . .  

It doesn't take as long as most people think to get to the point where that 300K/Y tech couple is homeless.

We also have programs that place formerly homeless people or homeless veterans which I always try to use when there is a vacancy...they've turned out great.
