I have put in many hours at my job to support my family only to be harassed and threatened about how much money I am making because of the amount of overtime I take, which isn't much.

If a tenant was harassing another tenant in an area that both were forced to use, you would have some responsibility for solving the problem.We rent to college students too but as Will said they're all on the lease together and responsible for managing their own drama.

Some might say oh you didn't do anything all you did was find a buyer blah blah blah but no I put in work I got cursed out told I would never get a buyer for these deals people told me I was a low life all sorts of bullcrap, some even literally threatened to report me for "harassment"  when all I did was contact them once!

Now maybe it's a sensitive family situation and one of the random people you blasted the deal out to is knocking the door, maybe now the seller refuses to close because they are being harassed, maybe now you just blew the deal up for someone.The larger a blast list, the worse the deals IMO.
