I have lately gotten pretty deep into listening to the podcasts on the way to work and at the gym, as well as reading the articles and forums quite often.

The ±30,000 square foot facility includes a fitness center, a business center/library, a gym with multiple basketball courts, community classrooms, preschool classrooms, a youth center, a teen center and a senior center.

January 1st the gyms are packed.

With the parcel I'm considering, I could fit a trampoline park/gym, a family oriented arcade restaurant, and/or a science driven interactive facility. 

My norm is being up by 4am working till 4:30pm, heading off to the gym for an hour, then teaching class from 6pm to 10pm and then coming home to spend time with my wife and kids, more so on Sunday which is my 1 day off, as well as plan, read, and do what I have to do to get ahead in my industry.

I’m thinking storage to other biz or general public as the best options (would be climate controlled) or possibly a crossfit gym.

So many subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, gym membership, etc) are all auto pay so I dont think it will be a shock.
