Thats what I'm talking about. keep the grind going and keep learning.

Now, if you decide you want to get your hands dirty and have the time/interest/energy to put in that kind of grind, then maybe your goals have shifted and wholesaling would be a good fit.

Very busy Airport & there is quite a bit of jet noise.

Limit the extra noise that may come from having to broad of a scope.

Grind it out, get some clients under your belt - the sky is the limit!

I live in the condo and the A/C air duct for the hallways in the building causes some noise and wall vibration in the bathroom and one of the closets in my unit.

Most of these repairs are inconveniences - noises from pipes in the walls, the AC being low on freon and not cooling very well, broken cabinets, etc.

I am also starting the process of getting my RE license in VA, which will hopefully be helpful in getting out of my current 9-5 grind in consulting. 

I think the landlord may be a little restrictive in this case, but we don't know how often the boyfriend is there or how much extra noise it is making.
