Governor is doing the right thing by asking Fulop to do reval. 

I dropped them off Friday and on Saturday she called to let me know Hurricane Dorian's projected path has changed and the governor has declared a state of emergency. 

Lawmakers are proposing amendments and the Governor is said to sign the bill.One of the proposed amendments applies directly to wholesaling as a business practice.

It isn't law yet as the Governor hasn't signed it into law quite yet, but he has publicly announced that he will.   

I only saw Governor DeSantis on television when he signed the law and I have not read it.

Your state just passed a law that says you can give people aids and it's not a crime, your governor has allowed San Francisco to be taken over by bums, your taxes are up to 13% state income, it's 25% more expensive to do business in CA from day one, the prices are over inflated (we're talking -2% cap rates!)

Hello, any southern Californian real estate investors building ADUs now that SB-13 was signed by governor Newsom?

The city is really difficult to work with so far but now that California legislature has passed SB-13, & signed by Governor Newsom, I have high hopes that this will all workout and I’ll get my adu permitted.
