Have we forgotten that these are our clients?

I don't want to sound like a jerk, but I've yet to see great wholesale deals coming from new wholesalers-they seldom know the numbers, the repairs needed or how it all works-makes it difficult to buy from them and they're soon forgotten.

The forgotten part of the 10% of rental property management that you pay for is the lease and best compliance practices 

When I asked the PM to enforce the lease clause and collect money from the tenants, they said that the clause in my lease was illegal but they had forgotten to tell me about it!

I have never forgotten the lessons from that experience, as she was always saying No, due to low credit scores.
