I've never dabbled I'm converting business mobiles to residentialManufactured properties aren't built to code and in the same fashion as a stick built house.

Prior to the class, I was quite well versed in the ins and outs of wholesaling, however, the class that helped me to connect all the dots and put everything together in an orderly fashion.

Do you predict the market will continue in this fashion, or do you predict differently, or maybe a big depreciation might come in the future?

I did not own tools in any serious fashion (a screwdriver and hammer do not count), and could not make any basic repairs.  

I don't envy those folks spending hundreds of dollars on leased or purchased vehicles to use as a fashion statement.

For example it's fashionable here to do small patches of the green grass in the front with lots of low water plants around it.

So we expect the craftsmanship to not only be better than average but for the work to be done in a timely fashion as well. 

. ;-)That says to me, if you evaluate your NY properties in a similar fashion to how you'd evaluate deals elsewhere (at least in the short-term), that should give you an idea of how to proceed.

I have 5 StRs right now but all are single family , considering a multifamily unit in a popular area in Vermont  with commercial zoning available . have tried to gather data from Airdna & Rabbu.. few listings out there which operate in this fashion .  

My main concern here is structuring the vendor takeback in a fashion that benefits both parties in order to make the deal happen.
