Can someone clarify what this means.I've looked up that a 5 year balloon means the entirety of the loan will be due after that 5 year period is up. 

I have been learning a lot about house hacking and was wondering about when you go to qualify for a loan, say on a house that you are unable to purchase without house hacking, is the bank going to qualify you based on whether or not you can cover the entirety of the mortgage your self or will they take into account that you are going to have roommates help you pay down the loan.

The entirety of the main and upstairs were freshly painted.

Been awhile since my last post, but have been thinking about this for a little bit now.I am currently under a lease agreement for a single person apartment for the entirety of 2021, but I want to take action in my real estate investing career. 

Ie. a 4 bed 3 bath is better than a 3 bed 2.5 bath.However, because I anticipate renting this property in its entirety eventually I also want to be mindful of what would make it competitive as a single family rental.

However, without the entirety of the full picture it is hard to give specific advice.

Would they feel comfortable if you posted the entirety of the details here? 

Or must I spend the entirety of my cash profit from the first sale? 

Each document needs to be read in its entirety as they used to do some weird things back in the 80s and earlier, including easements and other encumbrances on documents in ways that would not fly today.
