You see it when the ignorant state that banks are scamming everyone by charging COMPOUND interest, and their “proof” is the amortization table showing all the interest being paid over 30 years.

@JamesWise I only recall one encounter with you, about 5 years ago, when you made a cash offer on a building I was selling then came back with financing terms.

They are a scam, and no longer close loans.

The agent also mentioned that there is also the question of foul play that may come up, such as a scam.

This sounds like you are about to get scammed or you are advertising a scam.  

Yea it feels weird so blatantly calling someone out but no one's had a good experience with him yet and It would make it worth it if I could even dissuade one person from doing business with him and getting scammed.  

PI is a quiet town more geared toward tourism on South Padre Island, but will likely frow due to LPG.There are definitely some opportunities down here in the Rio Grande Valley for people who know how to operate, but one challenge you will encounter will be that it's very hard fine good employees.

Believe me, you will encounter so so much more and you will have to know how to balance it all and keep things moving.
