Sometimes this is the best approach to mold remediation, as removal can sometimes lead to great exposure by airborne spores, and bodies.

I’m not sure how well it may be perceived to have an LLC handle property management, drone photography, storage / estate auction re-sales, and a Real Estate Agent but I like the idea of separating that from our other incomes and running a formal business that we both are share holders to boost our reportable income.

Additionally, you could offer to place an Ozone generator in the house directly after the hour-long 'inspection', for an hour or so (this will kill/de-activate just about anything airborne in the house), to eliminate any remaining risk of contamination.

Asbestos has to be loose and airborne and even then you have to be exposed to it over a long term.

Never heard of a seller credit unless it was really bad and obvious.Asbestos is bad if airborne and particulate.
