I enjoy video games (Destiny, NBA 2K19, Fortnite), Movies, TV and hanging out with friends over a drink or a cigar.

He stays up till early morning drinking with friends on back porch, by her room keeping her up all night.

This baby has gotten me more free valet, drinks, VIP nightclub tickets, exotic car parties,  and connections than any expenses I've had with it.

"I DEFINITELY do not want to spend years and years as a real estate agent"Bah it's a couple weekends of clicking next on a computer while you sip on drinks containing Rum in the privacy of your own home :)Not like getting a degree and darn sure without that cost!

Those are just some questions I'm usually interested in when talking to someone more experienced than me.As for tips on approaching people, if there are any kinds of drinks or refreshments, just go right up to the table/bar and get a drink or food and kind of stand there - the next person that comes by ask, "So what brings you here tonight?"

I may try to gather some folks in the near future to have a very casual and less structured meet up, like maybe over a few drinks at a bar or something just for some ice breaking.

The reason they no longer invite me is because I never went when they did ask me to, because its my only day off and I cant spend it sitting around drinking beers.

About a month and a half ago, I received a call from the female tenant that the male was drinking a lot and acting erratic.
