We were going to stay here but someone rented it for a week that was displaced from another STR that had damage. 

Broke down the doors and stole all of my mechanicals + material on-site (resulting in ~$30K worth of damage)I just had a contractor walkthrough and talk to neighbors and apparently there is now a homeless man who has been sleeping upstairs (he wasn't present, however bedding was present).

We do charge a fee and cover any damage or extra cleaning for our clients. 

They always pretend to be confused and just want us to send someone.7) Some will cause damages that S8 won't require to be fixed, but will threaten to move if you don't fix it.

I know this is not going to be immediate...I will be making mistakes, I just want to minimize the damage of those mistakes!

No damage to the condo and power is on, but no city water.

I have some light flexibility, especially if they rarely ask for changes, but I always make sure someone goes the day off to mitigate any damage or problems that may have arisen.
