I currently don't extra money to invest for that reason, I focus to sell investment rental properties to investors and thru this I will learn and make money than I will start investing myself.I will be dealing with a lot of Foreign CASH buyers that overseas and they will be investing in Miami.

I'm now at point of seeing what financing options are available to foreigners in those areas because without leverage it will be a no go for me. 

I've been an seeing an influx of foreign all-cash investors so cat is definitely out of the bag. 

Have you searched for them online (found one of mine in Plano just outside of Dallas and am thinking of filing a foreign judgement with the clerk of court there).

I have never been a home owner so I never closed on a property, so all of this is really foreign to me.

Should I do it Florida and pay the foreign tax in Alabama at the end of the year?
