They have a daughter-in-law and granddaughter who were living with them who applied to rent.

Having said that, I of course miss the weather and living a couple blocks from the beach but what far outweighs those losses is being able to see my daughter grow and spend time with family, along with not having the financial pressure of high living costs. 

My daughter's friend spent more on seminars than it would have cost him to actually start investing, when he could have learned more from this site and networking locally and spent his money on real estate.    

I found his daughter on FB and she lives local.
