I read an article of Jeff Brown's the other day about "Worshipping at the altar of cash flow".

Ignore people like @Merritt S. whose self righteous preaching should be done in his or her house of worship and not in this forum.

Most of the tech companies worship infantilizing their workers, and make family-unfriendly policies in favor of young, dumb, new graduates and also dog-owners. 

As far as churches: are you only Christian/Jewish/Muslim if you can go to your house of worship weekly?

The man is worshipped by many but 99% of that crowd is very early into their financial life, have limited financial education, are at the lower end of the net worth totem pole, are quite naïve about finance in general. 

Will Bernard worships people who beat and kill horses!

One contemporary issue is that there is not a lot of historical record of "pandemic" related recessions but we can look to 2008 for some similarities and concerns (e.g. contagion affect and concern of systemic failure, freezing up of secondary mortgage market). 

In any motivational speech I've ever attended or given, negative people are always painted as the losers - here, they're worshipped.

Not to burst your bubble based on the comments from my contemporaries, but if you're trying to qualify for a 4M loan, there a lot of other factors that come into play; not just whether the property will cover the mortgage. 

I didn't quite make it on an other planet... yet..But I figure, maybe if I take over this one, and force everyone to worship me, maybe.. just maybe this stinkin planet can be saved.So now my plans of space exploration turned into world domination.Now I am building my army or robotic minions and soon ...
