My lender and realtor don't seem to know who I should contact so I'm on the hunt in my area of Michigan.   

The more rehabs you do the better understanding you will have of the market for contacting work and materials.Doing a rehab every so often prevents you from being sharp with your budget.For those with limited exposure, ask others in the industry and always run your numbers based on being overbudget and overtime. 

I’m not sure where to start or who to contact for assistance with this process.

I personally don't like getting a lot of automated messages when I rent a STR, I'd rather have some more personal contact.....

They also have a support ticket system and customer support contact number that sends you directly to a human being.

Then go to the different sites that come up and find where it says contact and then send them a message asking them to add you to their buyers list. 

Addendums can be added to a contract (in most cases), which modify the original contract, when legally executed (per the original contact terms).
