I don't think you would ever recover the costs, especially if they have to install duct work, a newer furnace and the compressor.

The ductless system still has a compressor outside and a unit inside and the can get expensive.  

This is not foolproof, but it can be pressurized with an air compressor at low pressure, about 50-60 pounds.

Smaller than what I would like ideally, but it is rented through 12/31/2017 for $900/mo and listed for $67,500 which includes "$32,000 in repairs" which include a newer metal roof, new flooring, new zone AC (the type with a compressor outside and a single wall-mounted evaporator/blower inside.  

I do use the garage quite often , it is a shop , air compressors , auto lift , oil furnace , AC in my computer room ...  

Over the past 10 or so years, investors have been okay with over paying for some properties in order to take advantage of Bonus Depreciation or as a hedge against inflation which has caused CR's to compress or decrease.

Bit certainly agreed that $250 is not enough money to install a handler, compressor, new copper lines andcharge the system.  

what is reasonable/ wholesale cost for me, for furnace, A-coil, outside part (compressor), parts and stuff......
