Also you need to expect to have a bad winter sometime down the road.You need to do your due diligence in the market you are looking.. check STR sites and look at your competitors.. 

The KW office I am at now is amazing and all of the agents are very open with each other about how to grow our businesses even though we are all competitors.  

This isn’t the first compliant because I am doing well in my area and a lot of my competitors are upset about that I would never do anything illegal and I did my thorough research on wholesaling before jumping out there!

If everyone in my market, especially my direct competitors, has that cleaning badge then I better follow suit.I beleive they're going to start going live with the badge so we'll know soon.

The way you learn FMV is by doing research on your competitors. 

I 100% agree with the hope that a competitor will rise out of this. 

@Chase Guelette: There are a lot of property managers with good intentions, but poor organizational skills - so property owners still suffer.We just bought a competitor that was the epitomy of this issue.
