I am OK with water wells but agree that rural areas and lagoons are deal breakers.I would add “lack of sufficient affordability gap” to the list of deal breakers.

At the end of the day and extra 2% in interest (if that) isn't usually a deal breaker on an income producing commercial property.Hope this clears some stuff up for you.

@Ryan HHi Ryan,Watch the Amp Draw of the new fridge compared to what is on the circuit already and the Breaker Amps.If it's older wiring the fridge may not have it's own circuit or it may be too small.just my 2 cents...

@Steve Maginnis Looking at the electric in your first link, I see that you need three 40A breakers to feed the juice it needs.
