Think German church or east...

Could anyone refer me to a good and reliable contractor in the Mclean and Falls Church Virginia area?

I'm looking for a REI meet-up group that may be located in Alexandria (preferred), Arlington, Falls Church or Annandale, VA. 

My goal is to find a multi-family in Church Hill.

My brain would shut down.  

The next property I used the credit on was also shut down because of other requirements that "pop up" unexpectedly in order for them not to lend.I have asked several times for a refund of my money and all they have offered was an additional year's subscription.

I imagine I'll install electric stove - but that's mainly because two duplex's in our neighborhood caught fire because the tenant didn't get the stop top shut off.  

The seller hopefully has shut off the water too.

If this isn't enough info, go read the threads from unlicensed brokers who TRIED to put contracts on properties with NO MONEY, but smart agents shut them down.
