I didn't see any chipping paint, asbestos ceiling tiles falling down (ceilings are sheet rock) or 9x9 flooring tiles in poor condition that would cause anyone harm.

It's when things get wrapped around the axle that the paperwork can either get you out or get you screwed if it's not done right.It's like a chip shot. 

It is now on autopilot unless I decide to take some chips off the table every few years.Pick a plan, make it work and time will most likely give you the results you are looking for.Good luck.

The second is really solid blue-chip type investments and AAA-rated bonds, etc. stuff that unlikely to drop 50% in a stock market downturn.

However I have never seen (or been party to) a disclosure form saying "Broken light cover in master bedroom", "Chip in kitchen counter", "Square cut from carpet in closet".
