If BP is not already thinking about it, I think there will come another platform that will pull in all the information from platforms like BP and other credible sources to build an intelligent conversational AI that gives real time and historical real estate related data for investors and stakeholders and at some point home buyers might not even need some of us anymore.

Without a hours-long conversation, here are things I consider.1) I have never invested with anyone that charges an acquisition fee, and most syndicators charge an acquisition fee. 

The Spokane market has been very good to me here and my contracting business focuses on mid-high end remodels and ADU conversions.

Unless your talking about SFR conversions to multi fam, that is a whole different deal.

I think that you can answer this yourself by now.To add "insult to injury," as mentioned in the previous landing page analysis, the actual lead form is placed below the “fold,” which further hurts the conversion rate.I don’t know this advertiser personally, but I would be highly skeptical of their results.

Or conversely maybe you have NO interest in being an active participant at all.
